At Panda Transfers, we strive to get your custom orders to you as quickly as possible. We are a small local shop based in Minden, Iowa, and we handle orders with care and speed.
Free Local Delivery: We offer free delivery to addresses in Minden and the immediate surrounding area (within approximately 30-40 miles). Delivery is typically completed within 2–5 business days after your order is ready.
Standard Shipping (U.S.)

Orders ship via USPS or a similar carrier.

Free shipping on all orders over $70.

Standard shipping (under $70): $7.99–$12.99 depending on weight and location.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after the order is processed and shipped.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Processing Times: Most custom vinyl transfers and apparel orders are processed and ready to ship or deliver within 3–7 business days. Complex or bulk orders may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any delay.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us if you need options outside the U.S.
Order Tracking & Issues: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe or experience any issues, please contact us at 402-713-6137 or jbarton78@pm.me.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

Every order at Panda Transfers is custom-made. We have a limited return policy to protect our business and our customers.
Non-Returnable Items:

All custom-designed items (including t-shirts, hoodies, vinyl transfers, and stickers made to your specifications) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or materially different from the approved proof.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or slight color variations due to screen/monitor differences or printing processes.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the digital proof we sent for approval, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide photos of the issue along with your order number. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a reprint, replacement, or refund (including original shipping, if applicable).

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective due to our error.

You represent that any artwork, logos, or designs you provide do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. By submitting designs, you grant us a limited license to reproduce them for your order only.
